The Bible is the inspired Word of God and is the final authority for Christian faith and living. -- 2 Peter 1:20,21; 2 Timothy 3:16,17; Matthew 5:17-19, 24:35; Matthew 4:4; John 8:31,32.

God exists eternally in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, and has revealed Himself to be perfect in love and righteosness in all His ways. He is the Creator of all things. -- 1 Timothy 1:17; 1 Corinthians 8:4; 2 Corinthians 3:14; Matthew 28:19; Isaiah 6:4; 57:15; 1 John 4:10-16; Psalm 145:17; Genesis 1:1; Colossians 1:16,17.

Jesus Christ is God's eternal Son. As fully God and fully man, He allowed Himself to be born of a virgin, taught men how to live through His sinless life, was crucified as a sacrifice for our sins, arose bodily from the dead, was seen by over 500 people; and returned to heaven to prepare a place for us. -- Luke 1:35; John 1:1-4,14; Isaiah 7:14; Matthew 1:20-23; 1 Peter 2:21-25; Titus 2:12-14; 1 John 2:2; Acts 2:22-24; 32-36; 1 Corinthians 15:3-8; John 14:1-3.

Men and women were created in God's image, tempted by Satan and rebelled against God, out of our own free will. Through repentance and personal faith in Jesus Christ, we are forgiven our sins, reborn by the Holy Spirit and we become the children of God. -- Genesis 1:26,27; 2:7; Psalm 100:1-3; Genesis 3:13,16,17; Romans 3:10-12, 23; 2 Corinthians 7:9, 10; Ephesians 2:8,9; 1 John 1:9; Ephesians 1:3-8; John 1:12,13; 2 Corinthians 5:17.

The Holy Spirit empowers us to repent of our sins and confess Jesus as Lord. He lives in us, teaches us and enables us to live godly lives. He cleanses our hearts from a rebellious, carnal nature, and enables us to live a Spirit-filled life. -- John 3:3-7; John 16:7-13; 1 Corinthians 12:3; 2 Thessalonians 2:13; 1 Corinthians 6:19,20; 1 Thessalonians 5:23; Romans 8:1-14; Acts 15:8-9; Ephesians 5:17-21.

The Church is the living body of Christ on the earth. He is its head and the source of its life. The Body is composed of those who have received Him as Savior and Lord. The church exists to celebrate the life of God, cultivate personal growth in Christ, and care for one another in Christ, and communicate Christ to the world. -- Colossians 1:18; Ephesians 2:19-22; Ephesians 1:20-22; 5:23,24; Acts 2:41,42; Matthew 16:15-18; Colossians 3:21; Revelations 4:11; Ephesians 4:11-13; Matthew 28:20; Romans 12:3-16; 1 Corinthians 12:4-12; Acts 1:8; 2:47.

Jesus Christ will return to the earth to raise the dead, judge the world and establish His glorious Kingdom. This is the hope of the Church and its encouragement for ministry. Those who have been reborn and live by faith in Christ will live with Him forever. -- Acts 1:10,11; 1 Thessalonians 4:16,17; John 5:24-29; Matthew 6:10,13; 16:27,28; Titus 2:13; Ephesians 1:18-23; 1 Thessalonians 4:18; Philippians 3:20,21; Hebrews 6:4-6; John 3:16; 1 John 5:11-13.
